Managing Director

Phani Raj Kiran has a graduate degree in Chemical Engineering in one of the most reputed institutes for the course in Hyderabad. He has a short term Diploma from International Institute in Nutritional Technology from Science city, Panama, Latin America and appreciation certificate from Auburn University, USA. He has had vast experience in the field of agriculture and itsprocedures, through theoretical and practical training.

Tripura is a flourishing association and requires the young, motivational and highly driven spirits of an individual like Phani Raj Kiran.

As the Managing Director at TBL, he has formulated and successfully implemented company policy.He has been directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company over the years.

Being one of the youngest and most driven professional of the company, He puts in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems. His team consists of professionals with immense managerial and technical expertise, to help build and maintain an effective executive team.

Phani Raj Kiran has represented the company in various symposiums and technical exhibitions conducted in India, China, Indonesia, Egypt etc.

Operationally, his focus continues to remain on quality, timely and budgetary deliverances from the company to its valued clients. Today, Tripura has escalated in the field of organic fertilizers and aims to venture into live-stock feed and pharmaceutical and healthcare products, to become a leading global enterprise, under the leadership and motivation of the Managing Director.

Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Ph.D. in Natural Products, is an eminent scientist of international repute in the field of Biotechnology and having an excellent Academic & Industrial track records. He had his graduation, post-graduation & Doctorate degree from Agra University, Agra

During his illustrative carrier spanning over 35 years, he has served as Research Scientist at Thapar Centre for Industrial R&D, Patiala, Punjab for about 13 years (April 1987 to May 2000). During this period, he was one of the first batch of scientist who has developed seven biotech processes to manufacture products like maltodextrins, plant growth promoters, bio-conversion of lingo cellulosic wastes in to soil conditioner, up gradation of corn gluten, bamboo preservation, bagasse preservation, sugar cane juice clarification etc. and successfully commercialized in various industries. With such success in establishing commercial production, he has also served as Adjunct faculty in School of Biotechnology, during April 1993 to May 2000, at TIET (presently known as Thapar University), Patiala.

From June 2000 to March 2018, he was associated with Prathista Industries Limited (, in various capacities like Joint Managing Director and CEO. During his association with Prathista, some of his salient contributions are establishment of viable linkages with various R&D labs and Academia, successful commercialization of various biotech process like Proteinates, Gluconates, lactates. Propionates etc. These products find applications in Pharma, Food, Feed, Organic agriculture etc. globally.

He has published (80 publications) his research findings in various reputed International & National Scientific Journals, published from various countries and contributed as co-author in six books. Pranitha has been associated with Tripura Biotech Limited since its inception. She has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources. She is a part of the Board of Tripura Biotech Limited as Director- Finance & Administration.

She has been the soul of the company by hiring and supervising the staff in daily operations. As the director, sheoversees many of the internal finances and human resource tasks of the organization.Her activities in Tripura include working collaboratively with other departments to develop and manage budgets for projects and activities.

She is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the organization’s talent management, and has contributed immensely in hiring the technical and managerial professionals working in TBL, currently.

Pranitha has a successful track record in setting priorities and is a multi-tasker with the ability to wearmany hats.
